Update: the day I left my review F.A. KIA had a 3.7 star score. The next day, they showed a 4.7 star score. And multiple 1 star reviews were missing. They are deceiving you! 10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND KIA. They messaged my son to say his car was fixed and ready for pick up. After he got off work, we drove an hour to pick it up. They told us the service manager never gave the help desk his paperwork or keys, "Come back the next day." No apology. I live near Cary so much closer to go to Hendrick Kia for parts etc but very unhelpful especially once I said I didn't purchase the vehicle there Brittany of Fred Anderson parts dept on the other hand always goes the extra mile to ensure the correct part. It's nice to see such a dedicated employee who cares about the customer.

very bad 4 hours just to check the engine light I will not return
