This visit was a horrible experience. I had a routine oil change service with filter replacement. This visit cost me more than double of what my last service like this one did. I was in shock! I was not told up front what the cost would be. My rep “Nick “ was not helpful. I tried to use my coupons and he told me they were expired. And no discount…. I'm not happy lately with the service. after purchasing 5 vehicles, I am treated like a number with indifference. Team members do not return calls and prices have skyrocketed. Very disheartening!
This is my first Kia (didnt purchase here), so first time dealing with a recall and first visit to this service center. Nick was great and they were all super friendly, and what I was told would be a 2 1/2 hour service ended up being 1 1/2 hours and gave me a voucher for a free car wash! Will definitely use their location for future services. Thank you!
