Horrible service!! Nick never communicated throughout the three hour process of getting new brakes. I noticed my car was being driven to the completion area. Nobody communicated it to me and forty-five minutes later I had to change Nick down for information. He passed me off to Brian who took another twenty minutes to complete my order. Afterwards he gave me the wrong keys twice. I usually go to Kia if Greer for service, but wanted to save some time by going to Greenville.
