Liars and terrible work. Car needs a $1,500 dollar repair due to their “craftsmanship”. See the photo of their handy work. I live in Spartanburg and during Covid I was rear ended. Because of supply chain issues this dump was the only place I could go. 5 times they told me my car was ready and every time I would show up hoping to get my car back just to be told it wasn’t ready yet. Terrible customer service. I had been buying parts for them for several years. Recently I bought a part because the picture shown was what I wanted, yet what I received was not the same part in the picture. I spent the next two weeks trying to get someone to respond about returning the part. Finally, I received a message after having to get nasty and I was informed it would be a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay shipping. They are a dishonest and terrible company with no customer service.
