Terrible customer service. I had been buying parts for them for several years. Recently I bought a part because the picture shown was what I wanted, yet what I received was not the same part in the picture. I spent the next two weeks trying to get someone to respond about returning the part. Finally, I received a message after having to get nasty and I was informed it would be a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay shipping. They are a dishonest and terrible company with no customer service.
