Their service department will tell lies and scare you if they think your vehicle is too old to work on. I listened to them because they were the closest one around when I was having an issue and I ended up trading the Cadillac DTS I had for a Cadillac XT5 at another Cadillac dealership. My husband bought me an SUV 3.18.25. On 4.07.25 the check engine light came on. We called to confirm our car was in fact under the 30 period to have any issue fixed. We scheduled a repair for the following day 4.08.25 . After dropping off the VEHICLE, I walk to the service desk to request a call when the car is finished.
