Honest auto repair. – I've been going to Frecks for a couple of decades. When my kids were home, before empty nest, we used to have 5 cars. All went to Frecks for everything. Very honest folks. If it doesn't need fixing, he'll tell you so. If it does, he'll try and get it fixed for the best price. Taking your car to the shop is not fun, but at least you can be sure you won't be ripped off here - and they'll do a good job. Skilled, licensed mechanics.
good service – Have had Austin and team work on a number of vehicles and have always been impressed with how quickly they get you in and out. Even with no lead time, dropping off the car and picking it up in the next day or so isn't too unusual. Diagnosed carb. problem on old '70s truck so it even passed emissions back when this was required. Everyone else was at a loss as to the problem. Even provided a second opinion on a repair for free!!
Excellent service – I've been taking my cars to Austin Frecks for eight years now. My 1999 Explorer runs like a champ and my 1998 Mercedes C230 hums. Austin's honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. I've recommended him to many others and they've all been very happy with his service.
