I really hate taking back a five-star review, but after today I honestly don’t know if I’ll be coming back. I called to place a carryout order and apparently they don’t take phone orders anymore. Everything has to go through DoorDash or Uber Eats, which I didn’t know. I also have hearing problems from my time in the Air Force working around aircraft, so when I didn’t hear the manager clearly the first time and asked what he said, he got loud and rude with me like I was arguing with him. They tried to make me feel bad because they messed up my order. Never have I been yelled at by a grown employee or talked to the way that I was spoken to. There’s a way you go about talking respectfully to resolve an issue.
Ordered delivery from here multiple times and it hits the same everytime! Searching for a go to place for great tasting well season crispy crunch chicken well look no further cause this is the spot!
