I found this clinic just doing a Google search and trying to a vet that was near my home and was rated well. I was also trying to find a vet that could get us in ASAP. I ended up taking my cat to the ER a few days before the scheduled appointment and then went to the scheduled appointment where I met Dr. Morris and his team. Receptionist is very pleasant. Very pleasant visit. The staff was helpful and friendly. Doctor was caring and gentle with my dog. Not much of a wait.
Freckles and Friends is definitely the place you want to bring your pets! I called the clinic to inquire about prices for vaccines and examinations (I am a broke college student :c ) and they were very helpful and kind to assist me with that information. I brought my 8 year old cat for a routine exam and vaccinations, he has not been to the vet ever since he was a kitten so I was a bit concerned about bringing him in. 5 STARS,I have 2 dogs that I use Freckles & friends for and the Biggest reason I love Freckles & Friends is because they ACTUALLY CARE!!!!. You can't find people the actually care anymore Scott Morris is a great vet and a great PERSON. I have not seen that in the 5 different Veteran facilities I have tried in the past 65 years! The only downside to Freckles & Friends is they are not open 24/7
Dr Morris and his staff are all wonderful and caring people. Great veterinary care and follow up. I always feel like I can fully trust what Dr Morris is saying and suggesting when it comes to the care of my cats. The office staff and techs are just as caring as the doctor himself. Would recommend 10 out of 10 every time
