2 year old fridge, dual zone. One of the zones failed with a temperature sensor fault. Telephoned Freck's, who advised if we arrived by 10 am the next day they could look at it and most likely fix it. Dropped it off by 10 am and Freck's telephoned about an hour later, all fixed and ready to collect. Easy location to find on industrial estate, and very pleasant professional staff. Thank you, a big thumbs up from us. You saved our bacon, literally

Friendly, fast and efficient service. They asked questions, got a good understanding about the issue we had with our Thetford 3way van fridge and any relevant history. They had the problem sorted, fixed and we had our van back in 3 hrs.... We cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Thankyou to Evan and the team....
