Pretty irritated. Went in this morning at 11am to ask if I needed an appointment to get my nose pierced. They said no, it’s walk-in only and the piercer would be there 12-6:30. I had previously been given these same times over the phone. I said great, I’ll be back later. I went back at 3:45 and was told the piercer left at 3. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
