My husband and I went in today for the first time and she was closed but she let us in after hours. Allie is a total sweetheart. The bakery was in pristine condition and she was right. She DOES make the best cheesecake. 10/10 the best cheesecake we've ever had. It was delicious and we will be ordering again. She is also a really good person and made the whole experience very welcoming and she was very helpful and kind.
It's quite interesting,the store. You go in from the east side of Fuller's. There is a cafeteria there which I assumed feeds the employees of Fullers. If you look to your right going into the store you see through a window the expanse room of which they work in. So anyhow the atmosphere is pretty cool. The owner seemed nice enough. The cheesecake is absolutely delicious 🤤. Will definitely go there again

This woman invited us INTO HER KITCHEN and explained ALL of her cheesecakes to my wife and I since we were being so indecisive. She loves what she does. It was so amazing to watch her talk about her recipes as she was transitioning these beautiful cheesecake cookies from the oven onto cookie sheets! We ordered four cheesecakes and I have yet to stop thinking about them. Sure, after trying the first--a chocolate mousse with chocolate topping--I felt I had just tasted my first cheesecake of any true caliber.
