We are an old school gym , lots of IRON . We do Powerlifting, Strongman, Bodybuilding and strength and Conditioning. Also have 60ft astroturf for whatever you need. We carry a few cardio equipment. 4 Deadlift platforms, 4 bench stations, 4 squat stations. And we have a Powerlifting section with kilo plates for a total of 770 in pounds. Dumbbells up to 150s . Stones , farmers , yolk , kegs , Axel bars , Sandbags, Viking press . Throw bags .
