Estimating department is horrible!!!
I had gotten a quote. A couple of weeks later right before the work was supposed to start; they said they need a supervisor to come out and go over the work scheduled. The next day they said they couldn't do it for what it was quoted at. They would've made a lot on future projects; but wouldn't suck up a couple hundred dollars of there mistake.
