Usually not the kind of person to leave bad reviews but after coming here many times and having had pleasant experiences, tonight was very different. I came across the owner/manager, an older man of around 50 years of age and small stature. Who falls short on customer service skills. After my experience with him and his rude attitude and reading some of these reviews it seems to be a pattern. He gets off on humiliating his patrons and forgets he is here to service people. They have polite staff and the ice cream is great. They have a lot of toppings. It can be expensive. This place is family friendly.
