Absolutely worst experience from beginning to end! Would not recommend! They sent wrong drawing, dug wrong hole, ordered wrong stairs and wrong size liner! It took them OVER 3 months to install the pool. They got concrete all over my house and windows. Once installed, the pump didn't work and had to be replaced. The lights quit working after the first month. When it came time to close for the winter, they sent us a pool liner instead of a winter cover. Then they brought the wrong size cover. Got a new liner this year, and everything was 5 stars...liner, installment and service. Thanks Dan, Hank and Brandy for great customer service! Highly recommend.
Frazie's works hard and is fair. Owners and employees are all good professionals. New liner was put in the same day it arrived from the distributor. Looks great with zero issues!
