Rob is such a professional, I had my rear bumper cover bumped really bad but he made it as a brand new. He is very polite and understanding. I also had a flat tire on Sunday and called many places in Spokane, he was the only one that picked up the phone. Tire was changed quickly and well. Highly recommend!
