I have been there twice. Both times they were quick and provided excellent service. Both me and my car are getting up in years, so car problems make for a stressful time. It would be easy for someone to take advantage of me, is my point. They were straightforward and honest with me each visit, and that means everything. I highly recommend!

Just so everyone knows, we were short handed, and we had a long line of other customers waiting as well which the customer was notified of. We tried to work Ms. Herndon’s sisters car in, and they decided to call the cops saying we were holding her from her vehicle. That kind of behavior was childish, unacceptable and an utter lie. My sister had her car there since January and never would fix it kept saying he was waiting on parts for another vehicle now my husband is mechanic and he has never waited 3 months on parts this garage is a looser and I will tell all of richlands about him cause he is not a good mechanic he is a liar
