Just so everyone knows, we were short handed, and we had a long line of other customers waiting as well which the customer was notified of. We tried to work Ms. Herndon’s sisters car in, and they decided to call the cops saying we were holding her from her vehicle. That kind of behavior was childish, unacceptable and an utter lie. My sister had her car there since January and never would fix it kept saying he was waiting on parts for another vehicle now my husband is mechanic and he has never waited 3 months on parts this garage is a looser and I will tell all of richlands about him cause he is not a good mechanic he is a liar
I rarely write reviews but this one was a must. Crystal is amazing. She provided exceptional customer service, which sadly is rare this day and age. Crystal is extremely professional, yet warm and inviting. I had no hesitation to ask her anything. Crystal is very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
