Mary at the front desk is amazing! She answered all my questions and UL is so lucky to have such a valuable employee!!
Stayed here for a week on the 9th floor. All of the staff from EVS to the nurses were all so very kind, compassionate, and attentive. Never had to wait more than 20-30 minutes for medication, water, or anything else that I needed and I know there were other patients much sicker than myself. My room was huge with a beautiful view of downtown Louisville with lots of natural light. Thank you for making me feel welcome and well cared for. Your work is so incredibly important and appreciated.
My grandfather had a great experience at Frazier Downtown. He was pleased and was very successful in the end. Staff communicated with my family & I and answered all questions. One of his night shift nurses were very pleasing! Keisha B. ( facility liaison) was also helpful. Thank you to all healthcare workers, you are appreciated!
