The most ridiculous people I have ever seen my father was a patient and he was held down stripped of clothes and his privates was photographed and then was told no one uses the restroom on their first night there... He was threaten to be strapped down... Then refused to let us leave.... To be honest I am considering legal action for sexual abuse
The people at Dr. Brown’s office, including Dr. Brown, are wonderful. They always call back when I call with a question (esp when they have the correct number (lol). Compassionate and kind.
I had total knee replacement on 9/10/25 and stayed one night. After surgery everything was great but Josh the LPN had a attitude. I ignored him cause I was coming off of anesthesia and sick. Well that next day was worse with him. He was nasty and rude and got upset with me for asking about my aftercare and meds when I go home. He called me passive aggressive when I was calm and sick. I reported him to charge nurse and patient advocate then no nurse or nurse assistant would care for me but charge nurse. I was left in bathroom... read more
My uncle is currently at this facility and they could care less about him. They refused to help him get out of pain after having his leg amputated. They also when you call hang up on you mid sentence and refuse to answer the phone when you call back to talk to them . Even when you’re being completely reasonable and respectful. no one in my family will ever go in this place ever again. I’m so grateful I decided to recover at home after my surgery and instead of coming here this place is a joke.
