When I called this firm, I knew that I had a very technical problem related to the tax liability of a non-profit organization. Mr Frazier gave me very informative guidance as to how to deal with the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board. I would recommend his firm as very competant, thorough, and knowledgeable.
He not only has an attitude, but also very rude dealing with clients. I would never, ever use him as my CPA again.
