We had a very disappointing experience with this builder. The home was not delivered in a complete, workmanlike condition, and we found multiple imperfections that required follow‑up visits. In our opinion, the overall quality did not match what we expected based on the contract and price. We had a very disappointing experience with this builder. They consistently failed to complete tasks on time and did not honor the terms outlined in the contract or their commitments. While they frequently talked about “lean construction,” the project costs told a different story, with overruns appearing across nearly every line item. We had an amazing experience building with Frazier Homes from 2023-2024. Their entire team was always responsive and transparent which we greatly appreciated. We can tell that our home was built with the highest quality. If we ever build a home again, we would certainly do it with Frazier Homes.

We had a great experience with Frazier Homes. The team was very engaged the whole time and made the process go very smoothly. They were very transparent on pricing and were able to quickly answer any questions we had on that front. The renovation of the 100+ year old 2 family home to a single family residence was estimated to take 10-12 months. It was completed in 10 months almost to the day.
