We had an amazing experience building with Frazier Homes from 2023-2024. Their entire team was always responsive and transparent which we greatly appreciated. We can tell that our home was built with the highest quality. If we ever build a home again, we would certainly do it with Frazier Homes.

We had a great experience with Frazier Homes. The team was very engaged the whole time and made the process go very smoothly. They were very transparent on pricing and were able to quickly answer any questions we had on that front. The renovation of the 100+ year old 2 family home to a single family residence was estimated to take 10-12 months. It was completed in 10 months almost to the day. Frazier Homes built our custom house along with two other houses on a street with 40 custom homes in totalj. His three houses (including ours) and perhaps three others are the only ones with no follow up issues. Our house was built on time with only two change orders, one of which saved us money ( the brickwork looked great without being painted) and the other was a supply chain issue where the vendor told Frazier Homes that he had the flooring material when he had not ordered it.
