DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They use subcontractors and DONT PAY THEM. Mike Frazier is a cheat and a liar in my exerpience. These types of people should not operate businesses

I hate to be negative but I have to be honest. Avoid these builders. I’m 8 months into my disaster and I don’t even have siding. I worry they’ll never finish. Can’t recommend. Update: 9/17/19 Frazier apparently closed his business due to alleged criminal investigation. He left my home after 9 months of construction with bare studs, no siding and multiple unfinished (but paid for) jobs. First of all, at least 4 of the 5* ratings are from the owner, his wife and 2 employees of the company. From my first hand knowledge of the “workmanship” that Frazier does, I can only guess that any other 5* ratings are from friends and not actual clients. We have had to spend $$$$ fixing what was done incorrectly-actual framing of our home-ALL interior and exterior doors were framed differently, none correctly for standard doors. I would not recommend using Mike Frazier for any building project whatsoever. He does not deliver on what he says he will do and is not trustworthy. Our 4-6 month project is now 9 months in and we are just now looking to get drywall up (1300 sq ft home). I would have loved nothing more than to leave a positive review on a job well done, but I have absolutely nothing positive to say.
