This firm deserves zero stars.. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact this law firm via text & email regarding a HOA debt of $100 that I thought was paid. Mo one from this law firm has responded back to me. Now the firm is charging me $520. This firm has not responded back to my phone calls or emails. My experience with Frazier & Bowles was extremely negative. They sent a letter for an HOA balance, which I paid to resolve the matter, only to turn around and send another demand for more money. It felt like once they had me engaged, the charges just kept increasing. Trying to communicate with them was just as bad. Calls and attempts to discuss the balance went nowhere, and getting a straight answer was nearly impossible. Instead of working toward resolution, they seemed quick to add more fees. Frazier & Bowles are good attorneys. They do respond and they follow the Florida Statutes and Governing Documents of the Associations they represent. I recommend them highly!
My husband, Don, and myself own a condo in Fair Oaks Condominium , which is managed by Harbeck Hospitality. I always pay my HOA 15 days before its due date. My problem started when my HOA check for August 2025 did not clear after the due date. I called the office of Harbeck Hospitality to inquire if they received my HOA check.
