Just read every review under mine. I would not waste any of your time reaching out to this firm to represent you in any case or if you’re looking for help regarding a HOA notice you received. The customer service from this firm does not exist. Just another law firm looking for money! I CANT SAY IT ENOUGH, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!
I received a collection letter from my HOA called Frazier and Bowles for a week straight. Calls go to an automated system that circles back to their website. I wish we could give negative stars.
I am a veteran who went through a messy divorce and these peple are trying to seize my house over one missed HOA payment putting me and my kids out so they can collect a $1000 fee. I sent them the money, it never cashed. This is some sketchy insane practices. The automated system they have you call gives no information, and they drag things out to make sure you lose. How is this legal?!?!?!
My experience with Frazier & Bowles was almost nonexistent on their part. They pretend that you can contact them directly, even provide phone numbers. You can’t actually contact them. You leave a message to ask to speak to someone regarding the balance before paying just to make sure it’s correct and they send an email saying “send the request in writing”. Absolute cons! This firm deserves zero stars.. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact this law firm via text & email regarding a HOA debt of $100 that I thought was paid. Mo one from this law firm has responded back to me. Now the firm is charging me $520. This firm has not responded back to my phone calls or emails.
