We had a crack in our bije rack while travelling south. Called Frazer's and we could drop by immediately. In 2 minutes they decided they coukd help fix tge rack, started work and continued in their lunch break to fix the rack . They reinforced tge rack for us wnd it is more sturdy than ever. What terrific customer service from Stacey, who answered my call on Sunday afternoon and arranged to have my water tank repaired on Monday, even though they were so busy. Our Motorhome water tank broke its mounts and could have caused a very serious accident. The aluminium mounts fractured due to the rough roads. Thanks to the great manufacturing skills of Mason, he fabricated new steel mounts and the frame to hold the water tank. A terrific job done by a great young tradesman. Mason is a Credit to Frazers. Awesome place, great welding skills and work. No job to small or big. Able to help make some brackets for my motorbike. Also been able to repair some damage that I thought was unrepairable on my bobcat shovel. Highly recommend these people to my friends around who also say great things about him and his team!
