I ordered a reconditioned air mass meter online, with in ten minutes of ordering it I had a phone call to clarify if I really needed to purchase one, Max was advising me what might be other issues with my Porsche that could be causing a rough idle. Being a diagnostic technician and 30+ years of working on cars I had already tested all the other components. His phone call made me assured me that this was a very good company to do business with and they were not just willing to take my money. I would 100% recommend them
