This is exactly the gym I have been looking for. I am re-learning all the basic movements and building solid foundations. Zach is an amazing trainer, he is very patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Some of the work outs I have never seen or heard of before which I'm finding are vital to building strength, flexibility, and well being, especially with me since I have an injured shoulder. The gym is extremely clean and well organized. I only wish I had started here years ago.
