I had a very unpleasant experience during a recent delivery. The individual receiving deliveries at the back a heavy-set man with gray hair acted in a rude and aggressive manner. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and even attempted to snatch my phone. After taking the delivery, he went inside without any explanation or proper communication.
