I have worked with Sandra Griego for over 30 years. She has always conducted herself professionally and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I can always count on her to answer any and all my questions. I hope she never retires because I will be so lost without her. I highly recommend Sandra for all your Title Insurance needs.
I have worked with Sandra Griego for several years , and I have always been impressed with her ability to get the job done in a timely fashion , and her kindness and patients with my clients is first rate.
I called Fidelity to do a follow-up on an issue involving a title to a land. I got poor service as they guy who answered the phone at around 4:30pm told me he'd look up a name of someone I talked to previously. He put me on hold for a very long time...around 53 minutes (I had my phone's speaker on as I did other work on my computer, at my office desk). I would not recommend this company. Once they conducted a title and land buy they leave you hanging.
I am not happy with Fidelity Title in Grand Junction. I had a contract on a house that I put earnest money down on. A week later I canceled the contract. Three weeks later, I still have not received my earnest money. I just tried calling the office to see why and woman that answered the phone was very rude to me.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. They have messed up EVERY step of the process of utilizing them to close on a house. Didnt have anything in their system for me to pay my earnest deposit, i had to call for the directions, then provided me incorrect information on amount owed before closing, signing agent was HORRIBLE (fought with the realtor), then misspelled my name on the deed. When addressing the misspelling on the deed they said "don't worry about it just in future you will need to write also known as for your name" not joking. Every ... read more
