One star because i have too Worst customer service i have had for a long time. After calling them for a breakdown repair i waited 3 months to finally be told they would not be coming out and to find someone else Up date Jason contacted me after this review and was appalled by the way I had been treated. He quickly came out and diagnosed the problem replaced the air con and i could not have been more pleased with his service. It serves as a warning to small business owners to keep an eye on point of contact staff.
Harry was punctual, polite, informative and tidy - he seemed to do a thorough job. I'd happily recommend him😃Louise

I highly recommend Fraser Air 10/10. Prompt, reliable, competive pricing, highly skilled, diligent efficient workers, honest, trustworthy, respectful, clean up as they go, listen to customers requests, clear communication, very professional with excellent Customer Service. I will stick with them for life. 10/10.
