I just enquired about our office a/c unit repair and the person just rudely hang up saying there are not interested. Got to go somewhere else then. Very poor customer service.
Called up today to get my split systems serviced in Lalor and a lady named Zoe struggled to find my address, and then said we're busy for a few weeks and to call the manufacturer or installer and hung up. Cheers, i'll just try another company in the area.
Had Frazer Air install my split systems, instant gas and boiler for a hydronic heating system 8 years ago. The system has been faultless and same for the maintenance they just came out and performed. Everything was extremely well explained. Thanks!
I’m very happy with the work. It involved the installation of a new air conditioner. The work was completed within 3 weeks of paying the deposit. There was good communication and the crew did a nice, tidy job. I would recommend the group to anyone, including friends.
The team were fantastic replacing an old ducted system. Great communication, friendly and respectful team who tidied up as they went. The new system is brilliant.
