If their aircon work is as bad as their driving I would avoid this company.
Very professional and careful installation team. Had a day old concrete slab to work with and took extra caution in ensuring there will be no damage. Also very helpful in setting things up etc. Would recommend them to another home owner
Frazer Air managed the installation of our ducted heating and cooling system in our new house and we have been delighted with the results. Not only is the product superb, but the communication and onsite instruction at install, were excellent. I highly recommend them if you are in need of their services.
The Frazer Air team were fantastic. They had serviced my rental property’s air conditioner. Great team with excellent skills and really looked after this older air conditioner unit.
One star because i have too Worst customer service i have had for a long time. After calling them for a breakdown repair i waited 3 months to finally be told they would not be coming out and to find someone else Up date Jason contacted me after this review and was appalled by the way I had been treated. He quickly came out and diagnosed the problem replaced the air con and i could not have been more pleased with his service. It serves as a warning to small business owners to keep an eye on point of contact staff.
