Absolutely poor service. We rang them several times and no one ever answers and if you leave a message no one ever gets back to you. Finally when you can get through to them, they tell you they will call you back with an appointment date. We have been waiting 2 weeks so far. I really doubt they will ever get back to us!
The Rinnai split system does an excellent job of climate control for our house. I did have an issue trying to work out how to remote it to my phone. Frustrated at first I finally got in touch with Daniel at the service centre. He helped with a re - set problem that occurred that and also sent me through an email which was much easier to follow and get the app on my phone working from anywhere. The system is great and Daniel’s service was excellent. Highly recommend.
My air conditioner broke down, and since it’s a Rinnai/Brivis unit, I booked a repair service through their official website. Rinnai/Brivis assigned this company to handle the repair, but I honestly think their service is not worth even a single star. Initially, a technician came to inspect the unit and told me that a part was faulty and needed to be replaced. He assured me that they would send a quote later. Daniel, Jason and the team have been looking after my family for many years with new builds, renovations, and servcing & maintenance. Recently Matthew and Josh came out to my house and did a detailed and professional service & maintenance of the hydronic heating, refrigerated Daikin air conditioning and ventaliation.
I have recently had my refrigerated heating and cooling serviced and was impressed with how knowledgeable, caring and thorough the staff were. They were were so kind and answered all my questions and I am so grateful. Thank you! Highly recommend
