Not very impressed with this company. They made multiple errors on my closing documents (including putting the wrong purchase price and not including property taxes in my closing costs). They are not very thorough or detail oriented. It was kind of a headache to work with them, they didn’t explain anything to me. They made me contact my bank to receive my payoff statement instead of doing it themselves. They came across as lazy and disorganized.
