Not a great experience. We had a tech out recently to perform a PM on our electric hi-lo and they tried to charge us extra for watering the batteries. Keep in mind they used our own water from our facility.
I would not recommend this company. We just recently had them perform a PM on our doors and their tech Brian spent more time in his truck than working on our doors. He didn't seem that knowledgeable.
Had a mechanic out servicing a truck of ours. Seems like everything was on the up and up. PM comes back and no mentions of this truck needing brakes. It looks to be a normal for this area. DOT compliance is not a priority for this company it would seem.
They could do better.
