The sales department is good but the service department is a massive disappointment. Going to have to switch to another dealer for future purchases. Refusing to honor warranty is an issue at this dealer.
Great Service. I bought my Tundra at Exeter Toyota over three years ago. I was driving by the dealership heading to London and Aaron saw my back tire’s air pressure was extremely low. He recognized it was my truck and had Mariah in Service call me right away. I turned around and got to the Service section before the tire blew out and saved me putting on a spare in the snow and whatever damage might’ve come with it. Appreciate their attention to detail and consideration for their customers.
Purchased a used RAV4 last week. The service was ok. Felt I was misled on some items with the RAV4. The RAV was to be detailed before delivery. It was delivered extremely dirty. The headliner and sun visors were covered in dirt with dirty hand prints and the the seats and seat belt were also very dirty. I was extremely Disappointed that the suv was delivered this way after paying that kind of money. It’s my first experience with this dealership. No effort was made to get the car detailed for me so I had to do it myself. 😠
Thank you to Ryan, Aaron and Heather for helping us get a new vehicle! We really appreciated their quick response time. I emailed all Toyota dealerships in southern Ontario asking for their out the door prices on a new Camry. Exeter Toyota replied promptly with their OTD price and beat most of the other dealership with their lower fees.
