I bought the dumbbells set and some other things last minute and they were nice enough to let me come pick it up same day before they left as it was my only day off. Really good people and really good quality equipment at a great price.

I got my functional trainer & it did not disappoint, they switch out the plastic pulleys with alloy , much better quality, I think it took me longer to bring into the house snd unwrap it than it did putting it together, I just watched the video of how to put it together and I was done within an hour, I’ve bought other machines that took hours or days to put together this one was sooo easy, I was looking for the best possible price and was Dealing with Brittney Gatewood of Fray and she went above and beyond to make sure I was... read more

Purchased a folding wall rack. One of the boxes arrived taped up like it was a previous return or was opened. Their assembly and install instructions is merely a parts list. I contacted FRAY and they said that’s all the manufacturer had for them. Went to assemble several days later and noticed critical nuts and bolts were missing. Contacted company and after several days they said they found them and had shipped via FEDEX. FEDEX then lost the package. Once the package was found, there were no parts in the box.
