Awful experience on the phone with receptionist (Debbie?) She was very rude and passive aggressive, they have different hours and days based off two locations which makes it difficult to schedule appointments. It’s very challenging to make appointments while working full time. I was as nice as possible explaining my situation with starting a new job and she didn’t care she rudely stated, “well I don’t know what you want me to do”. I have always been terrified about going to the dentist but he did his best to calm me down and continuously gave me positive affirmations. 10/10 recommend( I had my wisdom teeth removed)
Very comfortable experience!
Really don't like going to the dentist, but a had a very good experience with Dr. Frawley's office. They took great care of me and calmed my fears. I had a tooth pulled without a problem.
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely anxious and Dr. Frawley and his team did an excellent job at keeping me comfortable. The RN helping with the surgery was amazing she made me super comfortable and helped significantly with my anxiety. They explained everything from pre-op and post-op and Dr Frawley even called after the surgery to see how I was doing. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Frawley!!
