This office was an actual nightmare my daughter who was 24 and needing to have wisdom teeth out, went in for a consultation, which should’ve been no charge, but because we chose not to use their services because their office staff was not only rude the dentist who she only saw for five minutes would not accept digital computers sent x-rays from the week before wanted to make sure that they could get money for doing more x-rays and the tech who wanted to do that had her in tears. Best Oral Surgeon that I have ever been to. No pain at all and he cares about your needs and fears. I recommend him to everyone.
Awful experience on the phone with receptionist (Debbie?) She was very rude and passive aggressive, they have different hours and days based off two locations which makes it difficult to schedule appointments. It’s very challenging to make appointments while working full time. I was as nice as possible explaining my situation with starting a new job and she didn’t care she rudely stated, “well I don’t know what you want me to do”. I have always been terrified about going to the dentist but he did his best to calm me down and continuously gave me positive affirmations. 10/10 recommend( I had my wisdom teeth removed)
