I could not have asked for a more comprehensive and efficient visit. I was a little worried after reading a few negative reviews but was pressed for time to establish a new PCP and I am so glad I didn't go elsewhere. Dr Li is super thorough and looks at you as a whole person. She addressed all of my concerns and has great bed side manner. Her staff was friendly and prompt. I highly recommend her, just come prepared
I recently moved to PA and transferred my primary care to Dr. Li. Dr. Li has been great to work with and she takes the time to listen and ask appropriate questions. We are working together on my health journey so I don’t need her to be warm and fuzzy. I need a knowledgeable, caring doctor, and that is what I have in Dr. Li.
I got recommended this doctor by my family member who also works for mainline health. My family member went through surgery and is extremely ill, and I need help and support with my issues and me and my family member are very disappointed with this doctor, she doesn't look at the paperwork, hardly listens only listens to what she wants to hear aka what she gets paid on, and very snooty/ judge mental, not comforting! Never dealt with a doctor like this ever in my life!
I had a new patient visit and a separate consul relating to other medical issues some for which I am seeing specialists. I find Dr Li as professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to listen and ask very relevant questions. I enjoy her demeanor and bed side manner...direct yet with kindness. Her responsiveness to my chart messages is timely. I could not ask for more
