More than anything, I wanted an ENERGY STAR rated home. I believe Paul is the only builder in town who builds ALL his homes to meet ENERGY STAR requirements. This fact alone was enough for me to trust his judgment and, he certainly did not disappoint! I just moved into my new home last week and I'm thrilled with it!
