I would NOT hire Fratzel Plumbing, and I will explain some of why I say this. First, we had a terrible experience with the owner Matt Fratzel. We hired Matt to take care of various problems in a house we were rehabbing. It was a struggle to get him and his one other plumber to take care of things right, the first time.
