Excellent company to work with. We perform work for Frattalone as a subcontractor and our crews thoroughly enjoy it! They pay very promptly, treat us like family, super awesome field staff, and great communication regarding the projects. It is a pleasure every time we get to work for them!

I was hired there, worked there as an operator for a couple months at the end of the year. I was told I do a great job, and would have a job in the spring. the next spring I was not brought back stating they didn’t have the work, even though they hired new operators and I know this because I knew some of the guys they hired.
Amazing place to work, owners are truly family oriented and care about their employees 100 out of 10.
