It’s convenient to get annual storage as part of the tuneup at Frattallone’s small engine shop. Although out of the four years I’ve used Frattallone’s for snowblower services, I’ve had to bring my snowblower back two times after getting it home. The first time it wouldn’t start at all and there was a massive snowstorm. I was beyond upset. The second time it began leaking gas from the carburetor as soon as I added gas and fired it up. I would love to love this store but it is only open during regular office hours. 8-5 Monday through Friday? Who is doing house projects at those times?! I need a place open on weekends!
Very lazy staff. If you fellas don’t want to work then please retire. Came in and no one felt like helping me. Went to my nearest ACE hardware and they helped me no problem!
