I found everything I needed without help however. The young man at the register was very nice in his service
Everything costs double what it should. And parts don't work right. I Spent over $40 on about $20 of parts and nothing worked. Will not be going back. Lesson learned.
I have been going to this location for help for years. I have gone looking for help on some of the hardest things to find and have not been let down by these helpful people. Today I needed a belt for a gravely lawn mower, and the gentlemen who helped me told me he probably would not have the belt i needed because they are proprietary. Low and behold 20 minutes later he found the length and went to the wall of belts and gave me what I needed to fix the mower. I don’t write review about store much. But today I have one of the greatest day. This hardware store has everything you could possibly need, and the customer service is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
