Drove a ways to get here and of the 2 employees i encountered none were helpful or knowledgeable enough to even help me pick out hinges. When I gave up on that I asked for help with picking out screws. They simply told me what isle and once again I was off to try and figure out what I needed. Being inexperienced I ended up leaving without anything and drove here for nothing… I guess I’ll try going to Home Depot….
Need a belt for a snowblower and they measured out the correct one
Been here several times, so far it’s a 50/50 split on experience depending on who’s working. Young lady was very nice and helpful the previous time. This visit we asked the old guy a basic question about matching a screw to a drywall anchor we were buying. He clearly was feeling too lazy to help us and instead told us to buy the 10 pack (we only needed 2). We figured it out ourselves eventually, and were rewarded with a nice cold stare on our way out.
