Frattallones has a great hometown feel. Someone is always ready to help with any questions you have. I have used the lawn mower and snow blower storage and tune up offer. Great value!!!
Initially I had à issue with the repair department. BUT FRATTALONE'S went totally all in on customer service and literally overcome the problem and stayed with it till things were made BETTER than expected way...WAY better than expected. Their customer service staff were patient professional & very knowledgeable on product and repair.
