Everything costs double what it should. And parts don't work right. I Spent over $40 on about $20 of parts and nothing worked. Will not be going back. Lesson learned.
I have been going to this location for help for years. I have gone looking for help on some of the hardest things to find and have not been let down by these helpful people. Today I needed a belt for a gravely lawn mower, and the gentlemen who helped me told me he probably would not have the belt i needed because they are proprietary. Low and behold 20 minutes later he found the length and went to the wall of belts and gave me what I needed to fix the mower. I don’t write review about store much. But today I have one of the greatest day. This hardware store has everything you could possibly need, and the customer service is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. There is one old white staff here being super rude. I got no help in finding a product - he just simply told me that he did not know and asked me to read the instructions. It is ok to say he did not know but the tone and way he used really upsets me. I was in line first but he took two other clients who arrived after me first. I cannot help thinking it is a racial discrimination toward Asians. It is sad a store in the neighborhood treat people like this. Plus things are overpriced anyway.
