Awesome product support and responsiveness to questions. Received my Knight Templar Chapeau, and WOW!!, exceeded my expectations in look, quality, and value. Although there was a long lead time, it was well worth the wait to receive such a quality, beautiful Chapeau. Would recommend Fratline for all your needs.

We used Fratline to create a pin for our lodge; it was a big order at 500 pins. We emailed our design, got almost instant feedback and was able to put the order into fruition right away - it arrived with a small error and Shawn took ownership of the mistake and promptly fixed it - they arrived looking fabulous and we all proudly wear them. Person on the phone was rude. He couldn't tell me nothing that was going on with my order, only that he was not at the warehouse. He offered a refund so I know my stuff was not coming no time soon.
