I can't even begin to tell you how terrible it was dealing with this godawful company. For context, I graduated over a year ago and had to deal with them when I was on fraternity leadership the year before that, and yet I STILL get emails from them saying that production on my fraternity's composite from last year (after I graduated) has stopped, having problems, etc., you name it. Absolutely atrocious company. The photographers are nice, but the business is horrible and exploitative - pressuring you into signing the contract for the following year at an absurd rate. You will never hear from them either - even if you follow up by mail/email/phone. Over the past 3 years we’ve had multiple composites lost, delayed 6+ months, and we’ve rarely received the individual printouts - only getting them if we follow up aggressively. This company actually sucks. I've been emailing back and forth for almost 1 1/2 years. They have lost photos of members, put wrong peoples photos who aren't even apart of our organisation. I have not received a proof for our 2024 composite and I still have not gotten our 2023 composite. If you would like your composite or photos in a timely manner. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!
Ridiculous company! I wanted to see my grandson Shahan Uddin Ahmed's beautiful composite photo, as did his gam gam. We have now been waiting OVER A YEAR for a composite that was promised in the Fall! His gam gam just had a heart attack from the news of the lates delay in a. long line of them. Cheers fraternal composites! Gam gam's condition is on you!
