Place smelled like a dumpster and the cashier smelled like alcohol and cigarettes. The kitchen crew looked like a prison road gang.this place was the pits need the health department in there
A real dump this place smelled like a dumpster. The flies were everywhere and the one eyed cashier was rude for no reason and smelled of alcohol and cigarettes.
Pulled up and all the employees were out back drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. Really had an attitude when they had to get back to work...not one stopped at a sink to wash their hands. The one eyed manager was rude to the point where we just took our business elsewhere.
These guys totally messed up our order then to make matters worse the drunk one eyed manager threw a cursing fit. Very unprofessional to hire prison inmates to run your business.
If I could give a no star, I would. We waited for half hour for food and as we waited we heard the waitress crying after getting screamed at by whoever was in the kitchen, cooking. She came back and was ok. Then about ten minutes later, they started screaming at her again and she walked out. All of the customers walked out including us. We were really hungry but did not like the treatment the waitress received. Did not wait for food. We were very upset.
I been ordering Pizza, Subs, Calzone, Gyro and Greek Salad from many pizzeria in the Daytona Beach Area, one of my friend refer d me to Fratelli's, since than I been getting my food from them, not just they have the best food in the town, but they have a great service and friendly environment, I we got to wait couple times, but it worth it to wait for a good food, after all I end up working for them, not just I am a happy customer but also happy employee
The food was great and the prices are pretty reasonable, only had one mistake on order.
