A nightmare experience! In preparation for an upcoming wedding, while my regular stylist was on maternity leave, I decided to try Fratelli's Salon. I should have followed my instincts and left after being snobbishly greeted as if I didn't belong in their high class salon. The young prima dona stylist selected for me as one of their "best" for men gave me THE WORST haircut of my life! I was too horrified to complain, though I should have refused to pay. salon The Fratelli Salon & Skin Care Center is an upscale salon where service and price are no object. Only the best is served here. The staff are very kind and the services they provide are top notch. Get pampered and relax and enjoy. Very peaceful atmosphere.

I'm a little sorry to write this review, only because the second *senior* stylist (Jenifer) I went to was really nice and very patient while she tried to undo the mess my hair was in after I went to another stylist at Fratelli (it was horrible. I never would have come back if they hadn't offered a comp from a senior stylist).
