Built us a beautiful home to a high standard using high quality materials. Our home was built in a timely manner and we were consistently provided updates on how we were tracking. Will definitely be building with Fratelli again.
Fratelli Homes did a wonderful home for us in 10months from slab down in May 2024! Their team was good to deal with and any concerns in the Slab, Plate, Roof, PCI report were actioned accordingly.. Really happy with their workmanship and continuous support.. =) Send me a private message if you want to know more but overall very happy..
From start to finish Fratelli homes was amazing to build with! Communication throughout the build was great and the overall finish was beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend family or friends building with them.
I had the pleasure of building with fratelli homes and would recommended them to anyone in WA. I was very hesitate with building due to all the horror story's I'd heard with other builders but those worrys were all put to rest with Fratelli right away. Constant communication, time frames meet and no prices increases were some of the many positives of building with Fratelli! Thanks team, I'll be in contact for he next build!
Do not build with these guys , the trades they use are substandard and they take no accountability for how poor the workman ship is when addressed, we have been in our house 1 year and there is still outstanding defects from the PCI inspection that they are refusing to rectify completely ignoring all correspondence and now will have to take things further Do your research and commit to a reputable builder these guys are cowboys and don’t care about you once they receive there final payment We have had major roof issues with ... read more
