Disappointing – Fresh from a medical procedure at HSS, the Margarita Pizza was burnt and maybe 1/8 inch thick. I paid my 18.95 and got the H out of there. Being in NYC is not enough, sorry fellas.

Amazing food and service! – My mother and I were visiting my father in the hospital in October, 2011 and decided to go grab lunch. Since it was a Sunday, my mother wanted Italian. We wanted a place with good food and good service at a great price. We found all three in Fratelli's. We walked in and immediately felt at home. The service was impeccable. WONDERFUL FOOD, SERVICE AND FRIENDS – We found Fratelli's three years ago while visiting NYC. We walked in (while it was closed) to look around and met the owners John and Mark. They asked us to come in, gave us home made biscotti's and welcomed us to their restaurant. We went back that night and have been ever since! Best Service and Food – okay for the two times i been here. this is the spot to be. not only that the food is amazing, but the service is the thing that made me come back here. i just went there yesterday DEC 22 with my gf and i had a wonderful 12 inch pie and she had the penne vodka. can i say WOW. everything was perfect. service is great. never had to ask once for refills on drinks or to get the check it's like they read your mind. on my second visit i had recognized one of the workers from Pizza Bash in Union Square. we h... read more

Fratelli - Upper East Side, Manhattan – Wonderful Italian food. Great place to have a casual [or somewhat formal] dinner. Price is right; great service. The people who own, manage and operate the restaurant 'know what they are doing' !!

FANTASTIC food served by AWESOME staff in LOVELY setting! – Consistently great food and service! The decor is lovely (and is best enjoyed later in the evening, when neighborhood little ones have been taken home). Food is always fresh, with great daily specials. The friendly, knowledgeable waitstaff is most helpful with recommendations and are happy to accommodate special requests. Management sets the tone of making every guest feel welcome, and that mindset carries through the entire staff. BRAVO!
