I did not do business with this company but my 19 yr old daughter had a situation with the owner. She parked in front of his business not knowing the Uhaul customer can not park there ( she was there maybe 10mins ). The owner came and asked if she was here for the auto shop she said no. He told her that she can not park here, she said ok. His response was you dumb ass. Fratcher Auto body is the best shop in Sacramento.They do amazing work and really care about how the car looks. I have had 2 cars there and the work they did was outstanding and was thoroughly impressed in their work and professionalism. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Fratcher are 2 of the nicest people and they make sure you understand what is going to be done and in the time frame it will be done in. I highly recommend them for any one needing body work and do not let your insurance company make you go elsewhere.
I was struck from behind and needed bumper work.I called a shop close to home, but they didn't do body work. When I asked if they could suggest a shop close by, they suggested Fratcher Auto Body. I had never heard of them. The shop isn't visible from the road, so I had just never seen it though I drive the road at least 2 - 3 times a week. It turned out to be a great choice! My car was parked on the road when a Police car slid into it. The whole side of my car was dented, scratched, gouged or missing pieces. I received several quotes which were much higher than the insurance company of the Police Dept. was willing to pay on my older model car. The insurance company just wanted to pay me what they thought the car was worth as a total loss, and not what it would cost to fix or replace it.
