I received a call from Fratangelo‘s right after I posted the following- & 1 visit there, 3 phone calls & 1 email later. They were nice, claimed it was a misunderstanding, & that someone would be at my house by day’s end or the next day. I then removed the post. However a week later, they still have not shown up: I don’t understand why companies are so willing to lose business over the small things? They do really good work. RecommendedThis is the 3rd year that Fratangelo's has mulched our yard and it looks absolutely amazing!! We have a fairly large area to mulch and they were very meticulous with their work. They are reasonably priced as well. We will continue to use their services every May. Thanks again for a job well done!!
Had a quote done in April this year for landscaping project and after multiple calls asking about timing and being told “few weeks”, I gave up. They just never showed up and never called me. Gave the business to someone else and will never contact these guys again.
I am pleased with the retaining wall that was built. Bill was very nice n had good ideas on how to do the construction.
