Everything was great from start to finish. No issues whatsoever. Travelled with 5 adults and one large dog. Customer service team was great and helpful. Great vehicles to travel in with essentially everything you need and more than you think! Make sure you watch the tutorial video if you forget! Make sure you book well ahead as the RVs can go fast. Booking online gives you a small discount. My only complaint, we need more pick up locations! Also had no idea they do shuttle services!
Es war erneut ein Vergnügen ein Wohnmobil bei Fraserway zu mieten. Unser WoMo war nur 3 Jahre alt und es fuhr sich sehr gut. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht die verschiedenen Provincial Parks im Osten Kanadas zu erkunden. Vielen Dank auch für die Gastfreundschaft, die Freundlichkeit von Trudy und ihren deutsch sprechenden Kolleginnen an der Fraserway Station in Toronto. Danke auch an Horst, der uns kostenfrei stets pünktlich vom Airport Hotel abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht hat.
Fantastic experience with Fraserway. Our RV was spotless, reliable, and yes, the awning could actually be used. That alone felt like a small holiday miracle. Shuttle and handover were smooth and perfectly on time. No stress, no drama, just keys and good vibes.The Cooktown crew was a highlight. Super friendly, professional, multilingual and even fluent in 'Boarisch'. You don’t expect that in an RV rental, but it absolutely made our day.
