Went in to this dealership and got to meet salesman Dan. He was very helpful and showed me all that I was interested in. Found what I was looking for and purchased in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and informative and if did not know about something found out the answer. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new or used unit. Garrell.

Fraserway’s answer to legitimate concerns is to ignore you even if the issues are warranty items and well within their legal responsibility. In fact, Fraserway responded to my BBB complaint by indicating they will no longer communicate with me because I am going to post my issues on YouTube!! Avoid this business at every oportunity!
I just want to say what a pleasure it is dealing with Fraserway RV KELOWNA. The service department is friendly, efficient, and timely. They always explain what they do for us, and show us things, that other dealers have never done, to save us time and money. Always pleasant and treated with respect.
Just want to shout out to Jill in the service department, she made me have faith back in customer serivce as I know it is a dying art! Thank you Jill:)
