Dealing with Luke the Sales Manager has been a very disappointing experience. 0 out 5 stars for Luke the Sales Manager!! We spent $27,000 on a brand-new Jayco 15ft trailer. We had the trailer delivered and it wasn't even detailed, had sawdust on the floor from the factory. Used it twice, the sink fell through into the cupboard below. The stove won't stay lit and is unusable and the battery we were sold is the wrong one. The trailer has a solar panel on the roof and it won't even run on the battery 🪫 for one night. The Parts Department was great. Amazing customer service. Good inventory.
We can't thank Mark enough. After our trailer suffered significant hail damage, Mark came in on his day off just to help us. That level of dedication speaks volumes. He made a stressful experience much easier and treated us with kindness and genuine care. Customer service like this is hard to find.
