Good service. Although I bought the extended warranty on my toyhauler, its usually not worth the drive or risk if they will cover the fix. I highly recommend refusing the extended warranty. After 3 years of the manufacturing warranty, you have a pretty good understanding of your trailer, and fixing your trailer yourself or hiring someone is more cost effective. Wondering if they are planning to haul the snow away from across the road to where they pushed snow into a drainage ditch?
Was camping in Jasper NP. On Saturday, Sept 4th we needed a part for our heater. Being Saturday, I called confirmed they were open and they had the part I needed. Drove 2.5 hours and when I arrived I was told that the parts dept. closed early for a family emergency. I can understand family emergencies, I just have a hard time understanding how no one else trained to help and/or sell parts.
